How to Maintain Focus and Momentum With Your Business


“The challenge I’m currently dealing with is maintaining momentum and focus toward my business goals. I get distracted easily. On top of that, if I don’t see immediate results, I tend to get deflated and, then, lose my focus and procrastinate on continuing to take the actions I need to take.”

    I always love getting your audio tips in my inbox 🙂

    this post is an answer to a question i had for a while now…will be googling kunalini yoga stretch pose for sure!
    an as for facebook, a couple of weeks ago i had an inspiration to deactivate my account for a while…since i was spending too much time on it i think, and comparing myself to others and this was affecting my mental health and blocked me in working on my business…i might be back someday though, but so far I am fine without it and found that my momentum is a lot better now..
    i am also trying to practice mindfullness every day, and started doing a 30 day meditation challenge – day 2 is today, and i am writing out every day how it works for me and if there are any changes in my life. i am not doing anything fancy, just staring at a candle flame for 20 minutes lol in the morning after getting the kids on the school bus. but i found that really decreased my anxiety and helps me be in the moment…:)

      You’re soo welcome!! I love that you followed your inspiration to deactivate your Facebook account for the time being, so you could bring yourself back to your own truth and value. It sounds like you had a lot of awareness about what was arising for you around Facebook that was creating barriers for you with your business.

      And I so appreciate your commitment to your meditation practice and to practicing mindfulness throughout your day. So powerful! I’ve recommitted to these intentional practices myself recently. Love it. Staring at a candle flame is a fantastic way of focussing the mind in the present.
